The BanjaStay brand and lodge management software sold through this website are operated by Gerverse Jeje Chelani Lungani. Where these Terms refer to BanjaStay, they refer to that operator under the BanjaStay trade name.
By creating an account or using BanjaStay, you agree to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
BanjaStay provides cloud-based lodge management tools, including:
- Reservations and bookings
- Guest management
- Room management
- Staff workflows
- Reports and analytics
- Restaurant and Bar modules (where subscribed)
3. Account Registration
Users must:
- Provide accurate business information
- Maintain account credentials securely
- Ensure only authorized staff can access the account
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
- Services are provided through paid subscriptions.
- Pricing is displayed at checkout.
- Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
5. 30-Day Free Trial
- New customers receive a 30-day trial period.
- No payment is required during the trial (unless otherwise stated).
- After the trial expires, access may be limited until a subscription is activated.
6. Customer Responsibilities
The lodge is responsible for:
- Accuracy of guest information entered
- Compliance with hospitality regulations
- Staff permissions and access control
- Protecting guest privacy
7. Data Ownership
Lodges retain ownership of their operational and guest data. BanjaStay processes that data only as needed to provide the service.
8. Service Availability
BanjaStay aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance and updates may temporarily affect access.
9. Acceptable Use
Users may not:
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Reverse engineer the software
- Abuse system resources
- Use the platform for illegal activities
10. Termination
Accounts may be suspended for:
- Non-payment
- Abuse of the platform
- Security violations
Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time.
11. Limitation of Liability
BanjaStay is not responsible for:
- Business losses caused by incorrect data entry
- Internet outages
- Third-party service failures
12. Changes to Terms
BanjaStay may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the platform or other reasonable means. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
