BanjaStay subscriptions and add-ons are sold by Gerverse Jeje Chelani Lungani trading as BanjaStay. Where payment processing is handled by Paddle, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for the transaction.
Subscription Payments
BanjaStay operates on a subscription model.
Payments are charged according to the selected plan.
Free Trial
New customers receive a 30-day free trial.
During the trial:
- Customers can evaluate the platform.
- No refund applies because no payment has been collected.
Paid Subscriptions
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after payment.
However, refunds may be considered where:
- A duplicate payment occurred
- Incorrect billing occurred
- Service issues prevented reasonable use of the platform
Cancellation
Customers may cancel anytime.
Cancellation:
- Stops future renewals
- Does not automatically refund the current billing period
- Allows continued access until the subscription period ends
Refund Requests
Refund requests must include:
- Account / business name
- Payment date
- Reason for request
Requests are reviewed individually.
